    Each course in the Learning Pathways program is divided into modules and parts. The courses begin with foundational knowledge and progressively cover advanced topics. The modules consist of facilitator-led videos, followed by practical assessments, quizzes, and tests.

    Will the participants receive certificates?

    Yes, after successfully completing a course, the participant will receive a certification of course completion. Additionally, each module includes assessments, and the must pass these to earn the module-wise certification and the course certification. The certification is recognized by HR professionals and adds value to both individual and organizational growth.

    How long does it take to complete a course?

    The courses are prerecorded and self-paced. After enrollment, the participants have 4 weeks to complete a course to be eligible to receive certifications. If the participants fail to complete within 4 weeks, they will still have access to the video lessons but will have to re-enroll to take the assessments and to receive the certifications.

Upon completing a module, participants are required to take a modular test that includes both theoretical MCQs and practical questions based on real-world HR scenarios.
