A Fellow from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Dr. Padmaja Palekar comes with more than two decades of rich experience in Human Resource Management. She has been an entrepreneur for the past 10 years, and provides HR Consulting Services to start-up and mid-sized organisations across various industry sectors. Her expertise lies in the HR Systems & Processes areas, Leadership Development, Organisation Design and Development, and Change Management. She is also a keen researcher and continues contributing to research activities with her professors and mentors at IIMB. She has presented her research at various international conferences like the European Academy of Management Conference and the International Human Resource Management Conference. She also has a number of publications in leading academic and practitioner journals to her credit.
Apart from her professional engagements, she is also a doting mother, aspiring baker and a fitness enthusiast.
