Further, if they have came from the previous organisation and have seen better working methodology, then they can also give good advise as well. It is imperative for the Leader also to understand their advise and take appropriate calls.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

This is very important. A good Team Member always thinks good for the organisation and he keeps on introspecting his area of expertise and find solutions for further improvement. Their feedback also makes us feel how much depth is there in their thinking process. Even their feedbacks and thought process\/thought leadership helps them to grow in the organization and also earmark their credibility before the top management.<\/span><\/div>\n

  1. Ask them to give feedback and make sure the best feedback wins some souvenir.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Start the mechanism of marking “Best Member of the month”.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Never say, Employee, always say team member. This gives them the essence of freedom.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Give them enough bandwidth to showcase their potentiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. The more they are free, the more they give feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Give a lot of respect to Lady team member so that her dignity is always maintained.<\/span><\/span>
