Shivani is an award-winning seasoned HR & Learning specialist with over 17 years of experience in various senior HR positions at reputed Indian and Multinational Companies in India & abroad. She has been awarded the prestigious “Business World Education 40 under 40” award which makes her a part of the elite club of top 40 education/training leaders of the BW club. She has also received the “HR Excellence Award – 2020” by HR Success Talks and recognized as one of the brightest HR professionals in India. Shivani is also the State President of WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) Haryana Human Resources Council. Shivani has been conferred with the “Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award -2020 (HR & Training category) by Business Mint & recognised amongst “20 Women Entrepreneurs driving the growth of Modern India” by The Global Hues Magazine. She has also been adjudged as the “Linkedin Most Powerful Profile – 2020”.

Having worked in prestigious companies such as DCM Shriram Ltd, Yum! Brands (Parent Company of Pizza Hut & KFC) & KPMG (Qatar & Bahrain), Shivani started her own venture, Positive Vibes Consulting, in 2016, a fast-growing HR & Training consulting firm based out of Gurgaon. Positive Vibes was awarded “The Startup Excellence Award – 2020” and recognised as one of the most promising startups doing path-breaking work by HR Success Talks in 2020.

Shivani is a passionate trainer and has successfully designed and conducted many programs on complex behaviours and Leadership Effectiveness for prestigious clients like Directorate of Hydrocarbons (Under Ministry of Petroleum), Indian Oil, Aditya Birla Group (Ultratech Cement Division), Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum, JK Paper, TATA Advanced Systems, and many more Indian & Multinational companies. Her work on promoting “Women’s Physical & Mental Wellbeing ” as well as their “Safety & Security” is noteworthy. Under her leadership, the organisation, Positive Vibes has successfully incubated programs on Self Defence for Women across various corporates in India. Shivani has also championed some very powerful Women-centric programs such as “Breaking the glass ceiling for women leaders “ & “Holistic Wellness” for women in corporate India. For her efforts in the areas of Women Empowerment, she was awarded the First Position in “WE- Pitch HR 2020”, by Wommenovator (a global incubation cell for working women).

Shivani is a professionally qualified HR professional with an MBA from Symbiosis Centre For Management & Human Resource Development (SCMHRD, Pune).
