Rabi Agrawal brings 16 years of extensive experience in the HR domain. He began his career as a recruiter in an agency and subsequently advanced through various HR roles across startups at different hierarchical levels. As Head of Talent Acquisition at Zivame, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a small e-commerce startup into a mid-sized omnichannel enterprise. Following this, he joined ClearTax as Head of Talent Acquisition, where he significantly contributed to tripling the organization’s workforce in just 2.5 years.
Currently, Rabi serves as the Head of HR at Flobiz, a fintech startup, where he has successfully established the HR function from the ground up.
