Anjali Khanna, with over 30 years of experience across IT, HR outsourcing, media, publishing, and education, is currently the Head of HR at Step by Step School, Noida. She has managed the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, retention, and separation. Anjali advocates for the integration of AI, chatbots, data analytics, and excel-based systems while emphasizing the role of HR in bridging cultural gaps between employees and employers to optimize and value every resource.
She has led workshops on recruitment, candidate engagement, employability, business etiquette, communication, team building, conflict management, and negotiation. Anjali also conducts sessions on diversity, women empowerment, and PoSH. She has received the 101 Top HR Minds award from the World HRD Congress (2019) and holds certifications from IIM Ahmedabad and Carlton Advanced Management Institution, USA. She is a life member of the National HRD Network and SHRM.
