How important is Employee Feedback in today’s high flux organization?

Team Member is always practically dealing with the work/activities and are on the ground level all the time. They can best visualise the the challenges and can update you. Further, if they have came from the previous organisation and have seen better working methodology, then they can also give good advise as well. It is imperative for the Leader also to understand their advise and take appropriate calls.

How is Employee Feedback done in your organization?

We are very much enthusiast to take the feedback of the Team Member. If we came across any issue/challenge then we ask all the Team Member to give their views and we make sure the best solution wins and award him with the souvenir.

How is feedback helping in Employee’s Performance Development and fulfilling the organization’s goals?

This is very important. A good Team Member always thinks good for the organisation and he keeps on introspecting his area of expertise and find solutions for further improvement. Their feedback also makes us feel how much depth is there in their thinking process. Even their feedbacks and thought process/thought leadership helps them to grow in the organization and also earmark their credibility before the top management.

How according to you can the Feedback Structure be made more effective so as to make business more productive and efficient?

  1. Ask them to give feedback and make sure the best feedback wins some souvenir.
  2. Start the mechanism of marking “Best Member of the month”.
  3. Never say, Employee, always say team member. This gives them the essence of freedom.
  4. Give them enough bandwidth to showcase their potentiality.
  5. The more they are free, the more they give feedback.
  6. Give a lot of respect to Lady team member so that her dignity is always maintained.
