Nanda has over 18 years of experience heading the Human Resources function at leading multinationals including SAP India, Manpower Group, Universal Music India, and Wizcraft International Entertainment. After a prolific early career in business journalism, Nanda joined global HR Consulting firm, Mercer, as Associate Director in charge of advising a large portfolio of clients spanning Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, and Services. Her clients included some of the premiers, leading, global corporations.
Nanda’s expertise in strategy, leadership, organization design and development, and contemporary HR practices, as well as her command over business models, strategy development, marketing, and communications makes her well-placed to lead and guide companies through any phase or context of business, including startup, high growth, downturn, change, and disruption.
